1. No Return or Exchange Policy

Since all our products are digital downloads, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. Once the product is delivered/downloaded, it is considered final and non-returnable.

2. Refund Policy

We offer no refunds on any digital product purchases unless:

• The product was not delivered to your registered email or download link.

• There is a technical error from our side, and the product is completely non-functional.

If either of these cases applies, you must contact us within 3 days of purchase to be eligible for review.

3. Eligibility for Refund (Only in Rare Cases)

To request a refund (if applicable), please make sure:

• You have proof of payment (order ID, transaction screenshot)

• You clearly mention the issue you are facing

• You email us at kitbaba@randhirdigital.org with complete details

After reviewing, if your request is valid, we will process the refund within 7 business days to your original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in these cases:

• You changed your mind after purchase

• Your device/software doesn’t support the template

• You expected different features not mentioned in the product description

• You made the purchase by mistake
