1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to become a vendor.
Your account and all product listings must comply with applicable copyright, trademark, and licensing laws.
Kitbaba reserves the right to approve or reject any vendor registration.
2. Product Ownership & Licensing
You must own or have full rights to distribute the digital product you upload.
Products containing copyrighted or third-party materials without permission are strictly prohibited.
Vendors are responsible for ensuring their content does not violate any intellectual property rights.
3. Product Quality Standards
Every product must be complete, functional, and professionally presented.
A detailed Installation/Usage Guide is mandatory for all digital products.
The Installation Guide must include:
A video tutorial link (e.g., YouTube or Vimeo) showing step-by-step setup.
A written guide (PDF or text) containing installation instructions and dependencies.
Products without clear documentation or video guidance may be rejected or removed.
4. Commission & Payouts
Kitbaba will charge a 20% platform commission on every successful sale.
The remaining 80% will be credited to the vendor’s wallet/balance.
Payouts will be processed once the vendor’s balance reaches the minimum withdrawal limit, subject to Kitbaba’s verification process.
Refunds, chargebacks, or disputes may temporarily hold or deduct vendor earnings.
5. Product Updates & Support
Vendors must provide timely updates for bug fixes, compatibility, or feature improvements.
Support for buyers (if offered) should be clear in the product description.
Failure to maintain product quality or respond to support issues can result in suspension.
6. Content Restrictions
Vendors must not upload products that:
Contain malware, viruses, or malicious code.
Include adult, hateful, or illegal content.
Mislead customers or make false claims.
7. Pricing & Promotions
Vendors may set their own prices; however, Kitbaba reserves the right to offer discounts or promotions.
Any misleading pricing or duplicate product listings are not allowed.
8. Account Suspension & Termination
Kitbaba reserves the right to suspend or terminate vendor accounts without notice if:
Any violation of these Terms is detected.
Fraudulent or misleading activity occurs.
Vendor repeatedly uploads low-quality or copied products.
9. Liability & Disclaimer
Kitbaba acts as a marketplace platform and is not liable for disputes between buyers and vendors.
Vendors are solely responsible for their products, claims, and customer satisfaction.
Kitbaba reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time.
10. Agreement
By registering as a vendor, you confirm that:
You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.
You agree to comply with all Kitbaba policies, community guidelines, and legal requirements.
You grant Kitbaba a license to host, promote, and distribute your uploaded digital products.
